My mom always told me that cold hands denote a warm heart, but my husband doesn't seem to appreciate our differences in body temperature.

Because his heart is cold, obviously.

During the day, when I am working from home, I tiptoe over to the thermostat and raise the temp up to 75, which the hubby has specifically told me not to do.

And then I forget to re-lower it when I leave the condo.

And at night, I pile sheets, bedspread, blanket, and sleeping bag onto the bed and, according to my husband, somehow grow at least four extra limbs in my attempts to drain him of all of his body heat.

Who knew that, for a measly $45, I could totally solve all of my temperature-related problems by effectively wearing a blanket!?

Seriously. Pure genius.
