Hat-Shaped Spaceship Spotted In the Night Sky

Posted by Steph Auteri

Oh come on. It totally looks like a hat-shaped UFO! Don't tell me it doesn't.

Okay, you're right. This is actually a picture of: the 2C Solar Light Cap.

Not a hat with lights, mind you, but a "tightly integrated, highly advanced, microprocessor controlled solar lighting technology."

Just so we're clear here (stop being dazzled by the crazy-good market-speak!), this hat with lights is powered by the sun, and its "solar lighting technology" will give you two to 36 hours of lighting, depending on the brightness levels you're using.

GearFuse initially has trouble thinking of what such a thing could be used for. Obviously, they don't employ book-nerds such as myself, who could get a ton of use out of this merely on my nighttime commute.
