Most Expensive Watch Ever

I guess I'm all about watched this week. First the reclaimed watch, then the cool, affordable black watches, and now the most expensive watch ever. The large gold Patek Philippe that once belonged to an Italian racing driver sold last week at Sotheby's for the highest price a wristwatch has ever earned. How much was it? Would you believe: 2.345 million Swiss francs, which is about $2,219,383?! What would you do with that much money?
