Almost Perfect Swiss Peace Knife

Just a concept for now, the Swiss Peace Knife serves as a pocket first aid kit. It includes a band-aid dispenser, pill-box, disinfectant spray, and a whistle, but if you ask me, it's missing one essential item to be a complete first aid kit:
