Animal Slippers Work Better Than Massage

Posted by Steph Auteri

As Wendy mentioned earlier today, I spent six hours last night hula hooping in high heels for a film shoot, and by 2 a.m., I wanted to die. Today, I wore flip-flops to my on-site gig, which is incredibly inappropriate, but what I really wish I had was this pair of monkey slippers I had owned back in my college years. My mom bought them for me one Christmas from Delia's, and it was like walking on clouds. I did everything in these slippers, including lugging the garbage out to the back alley every few days, and shuffling on down the street for my booty call boy of the year (who happened to, coincidentally, have monkey sheets).

I spent a good amount of time this morning trying to find these very same slippers online, but no dice. I did, however, find these equally pouffy looking slippers!

[$19.99, Urban Outfitters

The awesomeness is only exacerbated by the fact that these slippers are modeled on the bunny from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

aaahahaha....they're fabulous, aren't they? Unfortunately, it's a stock photo, and never in a trillion years could I walk in such things!

Ha, curses!!!!  Granted, I have no idea what I would actually wear them with, but that probably goes for half of my shoe purchases...Thanks anyway!!
