
For all the talk of bacon that goes down on this blog, I find I'm not consuming nearly enough of it. And I do so love its salty tenderness, and the way it seems to just melt/crumble in my mouth if cooked in exactly the right way. Perhaps it's simply too much trouble to fire up the griddle?
