
I'm usually too lazy to read the nutrition labels on my groceries. I mean, my trip to the market would probably lengthen exponentially if I started comparing calories, grams of fat, sodium, etc.
And I never know if it's worse to have higher fat or higher sodium or what have you. What to choose!? What to choose!?
