Though bars-on-wheels such as this tiki bar appear to be intended for corporate rentals, I can't think of a better way to enjoy my pina coladas and funky monkeys and whatnot. After the jump, my favorite beverage from last summer's tropical vacation.
La Buena Vida:
This drink was named after its restaurant in Akumal, Mexico. I scribbled down the ingredients after enjoying the beverage just about every night. As I'm not the best at mixing, I offer my undying love to anyone who can figure out the best way to combine all of this:

Kahlua
Rum
Coconut cream
Grand Marnier
