Chandelier Is Out of This World

Posted by Steph Auteri

I've had a fixation with LEDs and fiber optics ever since my parents presented me with a Lite-Brite at the age of god-knows-what. Which is why I love blinkies and twinkly things.

It's been awhile since I've posted about chandeliers, but Studio1Thousand has managed to design something that blows away all the other lighting fixtures I've lusted after:

This constellation chandelier just blows me away. Am I the only one who wants to sell my soul in order to acquire this?

You're not alone! I'd sell my soul for this too - It's gorgeous!  I followed the link to Studio1Thousand but couldn't locate where to purchase it or how much.  Likely out of my price range anyway.

It does remind me of a DYI project I saw in the now-defunct Blueprint magazine - where you use tiny white lights poked through holes in a blank canvas in a starburst pattern.  Beautiful as well -

My eyebrows actually went up into my forehead as I scrolled down the page and began to see the picture. That is...perfect! Just the amount of light that it must produce...man, how I wish the dining room didn't need a fan! I want *that* instead!
