Isn't It Romantic?

Posted by Steph Auteri

As Wendy already mentioned yesterday, Nerve went all out the other night and threw us all a debaucherous party at the Box.

Aside from the stilts, the contortionists, and that writhing, life-sized vagina on-stage that brought itself to orgasm, the party was a sanctum of period atmosphere...Edwardian...Victorian...Romantic.

And damn was it sexy.

I've never seen the menfolk looking so dapper before, and it sorta made me wish we could all dress up this way all the time.

Here's the jacket I ended up purchasing to complete my outfit (cheap and close to home, unlike the gorgeous tux jacket in my last post). After the jump, however, I provide you with the pieces I'd like to buy now, so that I can rock the romantic look all year 'round.

I've also included some gorgeous pieces for the home 'cause, lord knows, the condo can use a bit of romance as well.

And of course, no home setup would be complete without the dancer from the party...the one posing on a hula hoop hanging from the ceiling:
