I've been toying with the idea of modding my bike, but ultimately I'm too lazy to do anything with it (I've been needing to get my back tube replaced since last summer). However, these handle bars are providing me with plenty of incentive.

Each of these handlbars are hand crafted and made from exotic woods like paduke (above) to purple heart. Gosh these are beautiful.
