What could Gorilla Biscuits and House of Pain possibly have in common?

They both have commerative shoes being made by Adidas!

 

To celebrate hardcore label Revelation Records 150th release and 22nd anniversary, Adidas and Revelation are releasing this pair of vegan sneakers and a compilation CD of bands covering classic Revelation Records bands. I'm not too psyched about some of the covers (I listened to the band covering Texas is the Reason and they are awful), but the shoes are pretty sweet.

And just in time for St. Patty's Day, Adidas and House of Pain have teamed up for this version of the Campus 80. The House of Pain logo is on the tongue and the shoes bears the name of their first album, Fine Malty Lyrics, on the side. This sneaker is limited to 1,500 pairs andwill be launched on March 17th at the Concepts store in Cambridge, MA. Here's a promo vid:
