Happy Hour: Remember Your Favorite Vintage

I'm all sorts of old now, so I've been having trouble remembering my favorite wines and, in an attempt to save the labels, the empties have just been piling up on my kitchen counter.

Obviously, I can't allow this to go on indefinitely.

Hence, I'm finding myself in need of my very first wine journal (which makes me feel even older). Help me choose!
