
Last year, I posted my family's recipe for pizzarustica, the Easter pie we make every year.
(My
mother has since expressed her horror over the fact that I saw fit to
share our family recipe with the world; while I feel that everyone
should have a chance to try this dish, I'm not going to tell her that
over 55,000 people have since seen this recipe.)
While just one
bite of this meat-and-cheese-filled pie will make the eater forget
everything around them, I still believe strongly in making a good
presentation. And this is why I own far too many serving platters. But
surely, just one won't hurt you, especially when it's so damn cute:
