Who would have thought, while browsing the SkyMall catalogue for ridiculous or hilarious products, that I would find something actually pretty enjoyable? What’s next, Williams-Sonoma decides to lower their prices to human levels? K-Mart decides to stock what you want, instead of what nobody wants*?
I think part of the reason I like this is that I used to have one when I was little. There was something about owning a tiny chessboard that really made me want to play chess. Weird. By which I mean, I was a weird little kid.
