Who Would You Rather: Chrissie Hynde vs. Madonna?

Posted by Emily Farris

We've expressed our love for Chrissie Hynde and our mixed feelings for Madonna on this here blog recently, but in general, Scanner readers love them both. But if you had to choose just one, who would you rather: Chrissie Hynde or Madonna? And we're talking now, not "back then."

She was cool in the 80s and 90s, but these days Madonna seems like someone who makes you feel bad about yourself just by being near her.

Either, as both must be into pegging.

Scanner reported Madonna with the implement before.

Pop whores? She's a pretty non-slutty married fifty year old woman these days.

And yeah, although both are awesome feminist, activist, cultural, musical gods, if I had to sleep with one of them: Madonna, no question.

I put Chrissie Hynde in the same category as PJ Harvey: something sexy about them that makes them almost (ALMOST) irresistible, but neither is particularly hot when given the option of sleeping with Madonna instead, ya know?

chrissie. hands down.

but then i think pj harvey is amazing too.

i think madonna is washed up, played out and trying too hard. though i liked her when i was 8.

Chrissie Hynde.  In recent years, Madonna has simply become annoying.

how's about fuck Madonna, marry Chrissie? Madonna is probably more exciting for a one-off, but I think I'd develop a mad crush on Chrissie pretty fast...
