Apparently New York anchorwoman Sue Simmons thought she was off of the air when she yelled "fuck." We didn't know these teasers were live, but now we do.
Thank God for somebody else's TiVo. Is she yelling at Chuck Scarborough? Is he trying to feel her up under the desk? So many questions!
She later apologized, but gave no explanation: "While we were live just after 10 p.m., I said a word that many people
find offensive. I am truly sorry. It was a mistake on my part and I
sincerely apologize."
Whew, at least it was after 10.
