SJP And Matthew Broderick Skids In The City?

Posted by Brian Fairbanks

Star Magazine, which boasts such staggering journalistic credentials as firing Julia Allison and stalking celebrities for "research," has a detailed and damning report on the Sarah Jessica Parker-Matthew Broderick marriage meltdown that we never saw coming...

According to unidentified and therefore surely reliable and legitimate sources, Broderick picked up a twenty-five-year-old Miranda wannabe (read: redhead) at a bar one night when Parker wasn't around. He hounded her via text until the month SJP spent in LA filming "Sex and the City" (how dare she leave New York to film a movie of that show), at which point the pair met up again.

[M]ultiple eyewitnesses say they saw Matthew make late-night visits to the other woman's apartment building.

During one tryst, they arrived at her friend's apartment after a night of heavy drinking, says a source. She dragged Matthew into the friend's bedroom, then shut the door. "A half hour later, Matthew opened the bedroom door, mumbled 'Well... 'bye!' and walked out. The friend found her passed out on the bed in her panties."

Do you think SJP lets Matt have his way with women while she's off on location? We doubt it-- she doesn't seem like the type to take a husband's affairs lightly...

Oh, and best and worst part of the story:

Sources say the woman felt conflicted with her relationship with Matthew, whom she nicknamed "Matty Cakes." She tried to end it, say insiders, but that didn't happen...
