Watch: Judge Judy Shows Some Idiots How Earthquake Safety Is Done

 In case you missed it, there was an earthquake in LA yesterday. A pretty solid one too - it rated 5.4 on that handy dandy Andy Richter scale. In any case, amongst many other comedic moments to rise from the rubble, is this video of Judge Judy's courtroom during the quake. Both the defendant and the claimant show themselves to be absolutely morons (shocking!) and the rest of the courtroom pulls a regular sheep stampede for the door. But good ol' Judy get's it juuuuust right. Video after the jump.

Gets it right? She bolted - which is just what you're NOT supposed to do. Last earthquake fatalities we had here in Southern California were two ladies who ran out of a store and were buried when the store's brick facade fell on them. Duck and cover, people, it's not just for nukes.
