It seems that Blake Fielder-Civil was either:
a) offered early release if he would move in with his mother and accept a 7pm curfew, but declined because he'd rather be in jail than be restricted and unable to live with his wife
b) offered early release if he would move in with his mother and accept a 7pm curfew, but declined because... well, he failed two drug tests and early release was denied.
Either way, in the meantime, he's content with sending camera phone perv shots to his beloved, who apparently is very proud of her man's penis.
