This bizarre sex ed PSA, apparently the work of Belgium's wonderful people, reminds us of that fake J.C. Penney's ad that condoned, nay encouraged, promiscuous teen sex.

Whether it's real or not, it's either hilarious or hilariously bad... you decide...
