Lingerie Bowl Cancelled Due to Sexiness

Posted by Colleen Kane

We thought Super Bowl Sunday was also generally acknowledged to be T&A Sunday. Not so this year: forces (most likely freedom-hating foreigners) have conspired to keep lingerie-clad women off TV screens across America. First the news that PETA's latest boob-filled ploy to save the animals was banned from broadcasting during the Super Bowl, and now this news: No Lingerie Bowl VI.

The pay-per-view event, which is normally shown during the Super Bowl's half time, has been cancelled due to a disagreement with Caliente, the clothing-optional resort where the game was set to take place, over a clothing mandate for the game's players and fans.

That means some spectators in the background would have been nude.  Including...MALE nudity!

"The league will not place our fans, players, staff nor partners in a less then comfortable environment that would ultimately jeopardize the mainstream perception and reputation of the brand that so many have worked diligently over these past five years to build," said a spokesman for the event.

In other words, nip slips are great, even encouraged, but we don't want any men to have to accidentally see nude men.

Whatevs, everyone knows the Puppy Bowl is where it's at anyway.

What a shame. It's hard to believe that they still made money off of this anyway. From what I hear you can see boobs on the internet now.
