While much of America settled in for a night of Oscars-bashing, Val Kilmer reigned over the Bachhus parade as part of New Orleans' Mardi Gras yesterday. Do you know what else the name Bacchus signifies?

Dionysus, the god of wine. Just sayin'.

 

So sad now that I missed this parade!

Also: do we want to know how his gloves got so filthy?

I saw the parade,and saw Val's float while it was still daylight; he looked very handsome. My husband and I were both quite impressed, my husband even said "Val is pretty."

He can't win, can he? He used to be beautiful, so god forbid he age. If he had work done, then we'd be criticizing him for that.

Gloves get dirty from throwing beads.
