Jesus Died For Somebody's Sins, But Not Mine

This video has been making the rounds today. We love it because we love anything that exposes religion for the ridiculous waste of time we know it to be.

Agree or disagree, you have to wonder why Jesus didn't turn deserts into fertile farm land. Or why God is such a jackass with an amusing accent. (By the way, another Biblical highlight from today's blogs.)

Only someone who would so casually dismiss all human religion as a "ridiculous waste of time" would post such ignorant crap.  Study a little history, theology, and anthropology, and you might actually learn something...for example, the fact there is much in the Christian gospels that did promote equality between the sexes.  But then you'd actually have to know something about something to even realize that.  Grow the fuck up and stop acting as ignorantly as all of those who give religion a bad name.  Bill Maher and Hitchens are bigoted know-nothings and not even 1/1000th as clever as they think themselves to be.  Even more so, their ditto-heads.
