Baxter is a campaign leader for Down's syndrome rights and member of
the Down's Syndrome Association with four adopted Down's syndrome sons.
Son Otto is 21, wants to have sex (as evidenced by his quote, "I want
to have sex") and so Lucy has helped him set up a Bebo profile to find
