It's
hard to believe it's been almost ten years since Craig's List
officially took over the internet. Craig Newmark's baby has long since
proved its staying power and questions about its eventual demise are
considered silly since no end appears to be in sight.
Another
sign of its vitality is the continuing presence of wacky, original
posts showcasing North America's admirable ability to not always take
itself so seriously. These few posts prove the site will always be
ridiculous, bizarre, unfiltered, and entirely readable... if only in
the "Best of" section, which thankfully weeds out the dick pics and
political maniacs.
