VIA THE REMOTE ISLAND: We're not sure we ever conceptualized a time when Tom Colicchio wasn't gloriously bald. Or, for that matter, a time when TC actually needed a hairnet to prepare gourmet food. Weirdly, when we look at this photo, we keep picturing Colicchio as the host of a mid-eighties home improvement show á la This Old House. Maybe it's the denim shirt.

64-Year-Old Woman's Nude Picture Sells For 10,000 Euros

An elderly woman has gone the full monty for no reward whatsoever, except to say, "Ha ha, I have more guts than any of you young ladies with your airbrushing and artfully-placed furs."

A New York photographer just sold this photo for a whopping 10,000 euros...

The photo below is the only copy we could track down. If anyone comes across an uncensored version, we'll post it here immediately.

Better yet is this self-proclaimed feminist's response to the local idiots in the press (although the ones supporting her aren't that much more helpful-- censoring the photo? You pansies.)

Speaking to the Herald about the painting earlier this week, Nell said: "I thought it was lovely. We're naked as nature intended."
When Herald columnist Terry Prone criticised the naked pose, Nell said: "It basically says 'look at me, I'm f**ked' but I think it is beautiful."

Nell said she agreed to be a model on the grounds that she was "showing the body for all its age." [Herald]

Seriously, though, we do dig Gisele on a non-superficial level as well, and our speculation on her personality is confirmed by the photographer:

His favorite Gisele? "It would be the chill Gisele, which is just us hanging out on vacation, with her acting silly and laughing in front of the camera," Nino Muñoz says. "Although sexy Gisele in six-inch pumps isn't bad, either."

American artist Spencer Tunick, known for his photos of mass amounts of nude people in public places, has always had trouble with the law in his homeland. So for the past several years, he's been making glorious photos abroad... glorious, glorious photos...

The above photo is from a June shoot in Dublin Bay, Ireland. We've been unable to find sufficient photos direct from Spencer's camera; we're showing the AP photo so you don't have to miss out. The below is from his record-breaking photo shoot in Barcelona last year:

For the above photo, Tunick had his models arrive at a closed-off boulevard before sun-up, hoping to avoid traffic accidents and too much gawking from the locals. It worked-- in spite of frigid temperatures, over seven thousand people participated, besting the previous record of 4,500 by an Australian photographer.

The above photos are from his 18,000 person shoot in Mexico City, via, in May of last year.

Now, Tunick is about to launch a major new show in London (check out his website and its excellent opening photo for more.) The exhibit, which opens September 5th, is entitled "Adventures in Architecture," and may shed some light on what Tunick's aim is... besides to get as many people naked as possible, of course:

It seems to us that if a woman is so hot that a commentor would vow to do the woman's dead mother, I think we have a clear majority on the question of whether or not said woman is hot. Among the highlights:

She's gorgeous. Still. Look at the life in her eyes! I don't think she's embarrassing herself at all. By insisting on foregoing the usual Photoshop treatment, and wearing no makeup, etc. she's showing off the fact that you can have the more imperfect body of a 50-year-old and still be hot. We try to avoid weddings if at all possible, even up to and including the inevitability of our own. These photos, compiled by Dahlia Rideout at Divine Caroline, go a long way toward explaining why we're not responding to your Evite.

Actually, we would definitely attend the above wedding, even if that left hand would be getting a nice new ring that day. Unfortunately, however, it was not included in the extensive and otherwise unmissable post on Divine Caroline, which you really must check out.

Here are some great wedding stories to go with these pictures (it's your guess, though, which ones are for which, if any):

1) Tracey and John O'Donnell were arrested at their wedding reception.. Tracey O'Donnell said her husband fed her the cake too roughly, after she had told him to take it easy, police reported. Fighting ensued when she responded in kind...
2) A British man was found guilty on Tuesday of having sex with a dog after a video he made of the act was inadvertently shown to speechless wedding guests expecting to see a replay of a marriage ceremony.
3) Butts-McCracken were married today, to the stifled laughter of all.

Here's something you don't see very often: scantily clad Bollywood actress photo essays. Perhaps to celebrate Richard Gere's newfound freedom, India Target has a seven-page spread featuring some extremely hot women of the Indian film industry. It almost makes us want to sit through more than four seconds of a Bollywood film-- with the sound on.

Here's the famous kiss that Gere planted on fellow awards presenter Shilpa Shetty, film star and winner of England's Celebrity Big Brother, at an awards ceremony last year. We think we understand why Gere would risk a long, long stay in an Indian prison.

I Hate Myself for Loving You: Hayden Paniettiere

We're going to try something different with this one: reasons why we love (and really get annoyed by) Heroes star Hayden Panettiere. The eighteen-year-old inspires love of the dirty, dirty variety in us, but there's a lot that pisses us off.

In summation: we love Hayden (especially dressed as a Texas cowgirl-- damn, forget the cheerleader role and get her on "Friday Night Lights," stat!) And we gotta be hatin' at the same time (whether it's a seethrough dress we didn't want to see or holding hands with BFF Paris Hilton while Paris Hilton is between deepthroats on a lollipop. Yuck-- we feel terrible for the lollipop.)

As for blubbering over Flubber, we're a bit torn. Last week, we learned how hot PETA protestors could be-- activism is sexy but naked activists are sexier. It makes us realize how young and vulnerable she is that she can cry over spilled tuna, and that just kills our Scanner boners:

We thought thong sightings ended with the return of high-waisted mom jeans and boy-short panties, but Racked is running a photo of a customer at an Apple Store giving the shoppers a little Christmas present.
