A municipality can evidently put whatever law they want into place, but it can still be overturned (and precedent set). The ACLU is already all over it. It will be crushed soon enough. (I live in metro Detroit.)

Simply put, we are losing our Constitutional rights a piece at a time. I defy any future poster to defend how this practice is not a violation of the Fourth Amendment.
