&lt;p&gt;An analogy: &amp;nbsp;When you were a kid, did you know any other kid who had a parent die? &amp;nbsp;Did you want to say something to that kid, but didn't know what, but maybe tried anyway, and it came out all inappropriate or half-assed or otherwise lame? &amp;nbsp;That's 9/11 on an adult scale. &amp;nbsp;Figuring out what to say or do, to express what we're feeling, with something like that is hard.&lt;/p&gt;
