&lt;p&gt;Sounds a lot like you're suggesting a morality based law, and one restrictive to individual liberty at that. That's really not too different than someone who feels abortion is wrong arguing that anyone who has an one deserves at least some punishment. Laws are supposed to function to protect the life, liberty, and property of all members of a society. They are not there to punish people for behavior you consider immoral. That's a very conservative, unconstitutional viewpoint.&lt;/p&gt;
