I shall oppose to that Resolution.

The resolution is in no way wrong, but it must be deemed incomplete.

Legislative activity must rule in detail, whenever possible.

It is clear that most involved parties stated that Day-Lewis was utterly ratherable - only he was not as ratherable as Javi is (not even close!).

In this case, the Resolution should positively contain a section stating that:

"All parties that Would Rather Javi will have the right to have a really long straw all the way across the room that will allow one to suck Daniel Day-Lewis milkshake. Hard."

For accurate Scannerocratic representation, of course. Scannerocracy, of course.
