&lt;p&gt;I can understand your confusion, considering 4M3W2D was released at the end of '07 in LA for Oscar consideration. &amp;nbsp;However, Rotten Tomatoes used the NYC release dates for the films on this list, and Mungiu's film didn't open in New York until January, so it's included here.&lt;/p&gt;
