I would be trying, despite the evil stench, to sleep and he would be watching the intensely repetitive characters, whose grasp of the English language rivaled his own for banality, (Though that was always the chicken/egg problem I had with him. Was his language usage banal due to Yu Gi Oh, or was his love for Yu Gi Oh born from their shared imbecility and lack of linguistic flair?) Try sleeping some time with someone describing to you, in insanely minute detail, even a card game as interesting as Texas Hold'em. It is an absurd impossibility. And if, by some herculean effort, you manage to drift off, your dreams will inevitably be comprised of poorly drawn faux-Caucasians with distressingly inaccurate liberty-spikes, playing a card game. My desire to quit the service was not then the raging torrent of hopes differed that it is today, but the seeds of this river began there.&lt;/p&gt;
