You guys have no taste any more. You guys bash great innovative films like Watchmen and then praise a movie like Star Trek which is just a rip off of every cliche and predictable plot device in the book. You claim that Salvation is formulaic? Well then you guys really need to watch Star Trek again because that is the most formulaic film I've seen in recent years. I'm not going to say Salvation is perfect because its not. But it's far better then you critics give it credit for. I don't even know how some of you guys got your jobs if you can't spot the flaws in Star Trek yet pick Salvation to pieces. At least Salvation treats the material seriously and tries to respect both the history and the fans of the franchise. That's more then I can say for Star Trek which pretty much was a direct spit into the face of any Trek fan. People should really form their own opinions and stop letting these critics force their opinions down their throats. Salvation, while not perfect, is entertaining. It's a good time at the movies and thats the most important thing. Check it out.</p>
