&lt;p&gt;Don't forget &amp;lt;i&amp;gt;The Exorcist III&amp;lt;/i&amp;gt;, which also came out in 1990 and was also a follow-up to a classic 1970s film. &amp;nbsp;(Though it was almost certainly better than &amp;lt;i&amp;gt;Exorcist II: The Heretic&amp;lt;/i&amp;gt;, which came out in the 1970s and thus should have been an okay film by the &amp;quot;any sequel worth making is generally made within four or five years of the original film&amp;quot; rule.)&lt;/p&gt;
