To understand the movie and really appreciate it, you need to have a better knowledge about brazilian's social situation and how everything works in a favela (slum). The cruelty of drug trafficants is way worst than the cruelty of any BOPE's policemen. And THAT IS THE KEY REASON why the movie was so sucessful in Brazil.

And YES... It is a very important movie to be watched to the whole world, for all of those who have the minnimum social conscience and concern about the drug traffic in every society.

Five stars movie and it is very worth it to watch!

I suppose that as a ferner, he didn't realize how evocative of Leslie Nielson's slapstickery the title is. That's the only explanation I can come up with, at least.
