Fox has cancelled the hotel farce Do Not Disturb three weeks into a very unappreciated run, making it the first show of the new season to get the axe. We were kind of excited about it, once upon a time, so what do we think of this news? Well... can we just act like we ever got around to watching it and say "Eh..."
We know, we tried. We really did. But you know what, it was on after 'Til Death, and we just couldn't risk catching even a second of that. This is our livelihood, people, and 'Til Death is an ick you can't wash off with bleach.
Anyway, word was that it was a terrible show anyway, despite the participation of Jason Bateman. In fact, it was so bad that the producers publicly apologized for making it. So, you know, if we spent that hour-and-a-half buffing our collection of Boston Legal bobbleheads, it might have been time better spent.
So, looks like we got our first cancellation of the year. Guess it's officially a tv season now, huh?
