More On ABC Cancelling "Pushing Daisies" And "Dirty Sexy Money"

Posted by Olivia Purnell

Well, a couple hours have gone by, and the facts are still these: according to Entertainment Weekly and about a billion other places, ABC will not order additional episodes of Eli Stone, Pushing Daisies, or Dirty Sexy Money.  Wow.

But there’s a silver lining . . .

We can hope for full season arcs from each of the doomed shows.   Ew.com reports:

The ratings-challenged trio will complete production on their 13-episode orders (Daisies already has, while Eli and DSM have an episode or two to go). Of course, completing the episodes and actually airing them are two totally different things.

We're keeping our fingers crossed.  Everybody can use a little closure, don't you think?

Either way, lets have a little gratuitous Lee Pace (Pushing Daisies).  You know, for mourning purposes.

I am soooooooooo sad about the cancellation of "Pushing Daisies" .  It had everything I wanted in a show and more.  I guess I always knew this day would come, the good shows never last.

Thank you for the picture of Lee, it may ease my pain a little ;)

She loves one-liners with sting and hates the stench of the subway in the summer. That said, she can’t get enough of either.
