The Real World has become pretty much a well-shot spring break video, with the young, pretty, and dumb making one regrettable decision after another. But it wasn't always that way - back in 1994's Real World: San Francisco, AIDS activist Pedro Zamora was the first-ever gay HIV-positive man on TV, and for many young viewers, he became the human face for both homosexuals and people with HIV.
