ABC has finally made a scene available from its revamped drama Life on Mars,
based on the British show about a cop who mysteriously finds himself stuck in
1973. Our verdict? Star Jason O'Mara seems suitably perplexed -- but
Harvey Keitel, as explosive '70s detective-squad leader Gene Hunt,
comes off as considerably more soft-spoken than Philip Glenister was in
the original (or the previously cast Colm Meaney would have been in the
American version). Still, we have a feeling that the Scorsese and
Tarantino veteran can get pretty violent when he has to.
