Marines Taunted Saddam Hussein With "South Park" (Via Scanner)

From our buddies at Scanner, news that the Marines taunted Saddam Hussein with South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut during his captivity, prior to his 2006 execution.

If you don't remember, that particular film, like much South Park the TV show, depicted Saddam as gay, and Satan's boyfriend. Awesome.

Tracy Morgan Is All About "Karate and Getting Females Pregnant"

The Nerve editors have blessed us with a compilation of The Twenty Weirdest TV Interviews of All Time. And of course, our boy Tracy Mo made the list.

Back in January of 2008 when the election was in it’s infancy, the world of entertainment was rocked by the Writer’s Strike, and Tracy had just been freed from the shackles of a DUI-induced ankle bracelet, Mr. Morgan thought the time was right for him to make an appearance on David Letterman. A wasted appearance. Of course, who’s to say whether Tracy’s inebriation was staged (Joaquin is just borrowing tactics from the master). But who cares. His timing is still kind of flawless.

He actually gets Paul Schafer to cosign on doing karate and getting women pregnant . . . at the same time. Paul says, “That’s just how we do!”

Drew Carey's Sedate Response To "Price Is Right" Miracle -- Too Calm?

Our pals at Scanner brought our attention to a video of a Price is Right contestant winning the Showcase Showdown by EXACTLY guessing the estimated retail value of the final prizes. (Oh, we feel like Bob Barker just saying that! Get your pets neutered!)

They seem to think that Drew Carey, Barker's replacement, should have made more of a big deal about it... but we're not so sure.

Would Anyone Rather Corey H.?

Last night, while we were watching The Two Coreys, we realized that were we still on Scanner, we'd probably want to propose a "Who Would You Rather?" on Corey H and Corey F -- except that seriously, we can't imagine ANYONE wanting Corey H. We're not just talking looks here. Corey F's just got him beat all over, right? Not only does he kind of got his shit together -- or at least on the way there -- Haim is just begining to understand his douchery.

But maybe some of you are Corey H fans? All righty then, you gotta let us know what's up with that. To the comments!

Katherine Heigl Drops Out of the Emmy Race?

Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl — who won a best supporting actress Emmy last year for her role as Izzy Stevens on the show — has greatly decreased her chances of winning one this year by, uh, removing herself from the race completely. And it appears to be a big "fuck you" to the writers.
