We're totally going to have to update our Scott Wolf fan site.

Good looking married couple, huh? And can you look more American than these two? God bless the U.S.A. We fight wars for faces like these.

It's their first child, and if you're wondering, yes, everybody's doing the "Party of 3" headline.

The baby's name? Not John, Mike, or Joe, but not weird either. And the same as another celebrity baby boy, born just a few days ago...

Welcome to the world, Jackson Kayse Wolf.

Jackson, huh? That's the same name as Carson Daly's son - and when that kid was born less than two weeks ago, we were decidedly ambivalent, mostly because of Jackson's last name-ishness. Yes, Pollock, Browne. Don't argue with us. We don't like arguments, and we're coming around on the name, perhaps swept away by its newfound popularity with celebrities. See how easily we're influenced by pop culture?

PREVIOUSLY:

Congratulations, Carson Daly!

Congratulations, Charlie Sheen

Congratulations, Alyson Hannigan

OMG, Bailey, Is That You?

Matthew Fox Is So Done With TV After "Lost"

Matthew Fox now says Lost, which wraps next season, will probably be the "last television thing that I will do." Is that such a good idea? We're not sure. See, it's not that Matthew Fox can't do movies - he certainly can. But his track record is a hell of a lot better on the small screen. Remember Vantage Point? Exactly. And that was just last year. Plus, Matthew Fox has throughout his career made good TV better, between Party of Five and Lost, with the short-lived Haunted in between. He's a legit TV superstar now, so maybe there's no place else to go but films, but we worry he may fall victim to the Peter Principle. And it may not even be his fault - is he ever going to get such good material on the big screen as he's got right now on television? He's TV gold right about now - and, coming up on 43, with not a single memorable big-screen role behind him, he's more like tarnished silver as a film actor.

Still, a man can dream. And Matthew Fox's dream is to play Steve McQueen in a bio pic:

"Steve McQueen was pretty f-king cool. He was an action guy and a man of few words and he liked his roles like that."

Right. But if the McQueen movie gets made - as of January, it's supposedly on - and they cast a TV actor, wouldn't Damian Lewis of Life get the role ahead of Matthew Fox? Lewis looks just like McQueen:

PREVIOUSLY:

Today In Photoshoots: Matthew Fox - Is This Man Aging?

"American Idol" Faces Off With "Lost"

Matthew Fox - From Wet To Smokin'

Party of "V"?: Scott Wolf Joins Mice Eating Sci-Fi Reboot

As you know, V is making a comeback and Scott Wolf will be joining the cast. Following perhaps in the footsteps of his older brother Charlie, the former Bailey Salinger has been working steadily in the past few years, but hasn't had a major hit as of yet -- so maybe it's time to get a little sci-fi?

"V," from WBTV is set in the future, when the human race is ruled
by aliens known as the Visitors. Wolf will play a career-obsessed
TV newscaster who becomes the aliens' propaganda outlet. Ah well, we sincerely hope that V can stir up enough nostalgia -- and quality writers -- to get picked up for a full season.
