Of course, not all bars encourage bad behavior, but those that do are the ones we're interested in. It's no accident that writers, always in search of a good story, have long sought refuge at the pub. We asked thirteen across the continent to tell us about sex and booze and seduction — and the place where they find them in the happiest proportions — in the city they know best.
