I’d buy it.

Celebrities make millions off brand endorsements, convincing us to buy everything from toasters that double as chalkboards and faux-fur bladder control underwear. So French artist and graphic design pro David Redon decided to put a remix on vintage ads by pairing them with a modern celebrity, perfect for peddling the brands’ products thanks to their catchy song lyrics or catch phrases. The ads, like Snoop Dogg as the spokesman for “Gin and Juice” or Amy Winehouse representing the coffee brand “Back to Black,” are genius and genuinely hilarious. Take a look at Redon’s series titled Ads Libitum.
