A good article and a good book. The book is sometimes blunt to the point of being callous, but the content makes up for it. It has an almost academic approach, which I like.

Read the interview twice and am on my third go around. No, I am not in a remedial reading class. I really like what the interviewer and interviewee had to say. Also, I reread it becasue I was trying to decide whether or not to purchase the book.
I am very curious about Ms. Cosper's statement at the beginning of the article. She said she tried some or one of the book's strategies at a party and "it worked". I would love to know what she tried and how did it work.

I read some of the book, and I got a little creepy feeling from it. But this interview helped clear that up by putting seduction in the context of a mutual game, so to speak.

I agree flirting is a kind of playfulness we can practice flirting everyday with the bus driver or the store owner or playing peek a boo with a kid
It's a way of complimenting people "where'd you get such a nice smile?"
I think it's different from heavy targeted seduction
I love the way he turned around the question "what are you wearing?" to "you have a great telephone voice" Good one!
