WOW!....was never either of them but relate to both...want this to be a serial...already anticipating part II and III and so forth. If this is it...dayumm what a tease. Made me remember my first effort at sex. I laid on the ground legs open, he stood and stared. Finally I said.."dont just stand there do something." He left...LOL

What a beautiful story! The longing for a co-conspirator; the incommensurability of co-conspirators and their dreams and goals. The washed-out skies of times in flux. The combination of psychological and physical detail is acute, astute and aching.

You can tell from the beginning that it's about a wonderful friendship that you never get comfortable with, because you know it's going to be over by the end of the story. Well-written and entertaining, if a little predictable.
