the "and you'll never be a doctor" line in the first few paragraphs is a straight rip off of Chuck Palahniuk's "Guts." While clever, it's downright criminal to steal something so genius without even a nod to the original author.

Normally the drivel on Nerve would rate a 2 or 3 out of ten. This is a solid 6 point 5. It would have been a 5, but it was mercifully short; much like Brian Fairbanks reading off a list of his conquests.
