Hi, I live with my boyfriemd who I've been dating for a year or so now. Last night I had a three way with the people in the apartment below us that we are sort of friends with. How do I bring this up, or should I not tell him? No penetration was involved, just oral sex. Do you have any advice? Thanks, canadian 3way

Dose Mr. Not-Tom-Cruise only send e-mail to the prettiest girls? Mild hypocracy might be a problem too.

A lawyer will jump on the opportunity to send that letter. We don't get many claims that sound in replevin (an action for the return of wrongfully distrained chattles), and it's a fun word to get to use. More to the point, does the writer have anything of her ex's that he wants? After a break up a number of years ago, we negotiated the mutual return of possessions (they were left with her doorman so we didn't have to run into each other). It worked (and things went well enough thereafter that when she was moving six months later and found a tie we'd both forgotten about, she sent it to me, and today we're actually friends). Good luck.
