Reader Feedback on "That Girl?"
Why not just accept that Bristol's child will be given a chance of life. Last year in the UK nearly 500,000 foetuses were aborted - an appalling statistic. Abortion was legalised here in 1967 supposedly only in the case where the mother's life was endangered. What a joke - in practise it's for the convenience of the parents. We bow our heads in shame. The slaughter continues. Don't go down that road

Having lived through the transition from Danny Thomas, to "the Pill", to actively fighting for legal abortion, I found the Manicheanism of the author just as disturbing as that of the so-called "Radical Right." The point of view that there are "liberals" - who are the good - and anyone who is not a liberal automatically a member of the "Radical Right" - who are evil - just as twisted as the point of view of the "RR" who consider "liberals" to be sinners. To lump everyone into just these two categories makes the author's point of view bankrupt. Are you just jealous that Ms. Rodham-Clinton err Mrs. Clinton will not be the VP? She already had 8 years as President.

I agree Rep ... more liberal dribble. This is not the venue for political mental masterbation.

The most insightful, honest and 360 degree analysis of the phenomena presently available from any media outlet, scribe or commentator I've yet to encounter. Just saying...
