lovely. and the writer somehow manages to have commune sex in the plot and not have it seem ridiculous or too abstract.

And all this time I felt I was alone.... John Haskell puts into sublimely simple words the condition of "alone-ness" gone unchecked. The pictures he draws are without judgement or reproach, and I'm now eager to read the whole book.
